Nice but why don't they incorporate a rear camera linked to the rearview mirror? You could probably get an aftermarket accessory for this. It looks great in Black.

The rear view camera connects to the screen in the dash. Well it does in mine. It should have a record function and a forward facing one.

I have this car and i gotta say - the back spoiler was quite a "meh" at the beggining but as time went on, its pretty good for covering headlights behind you. Confortable on the eyes on longer trips.

Similar build quality, suspension in the Citroen is probably softer than the Qashqai.

Great review as ever, reminds me of the old C4 3 door version from the early 00s in terms of that spoiler and that was what put me off it as the spoiler blocked your view in the rear view mirror. The diesel would be my choice but it's only available with an auto if you want similar horsepower to the petrol you drove as the manual diesel is 108hp. I do think Citroen's designs are very bold and to that end quite funky but I don't think it'd be for me as the one thing you touched upon as well was what put me off Citroen's of yore, the steering as it's way too light.

C4 coupe in black owner here. .trust me after a while you don't even think about the split rear view mirror...and there is one massive upside...at night you HAVE ALMOST ZERO blinding from cars behind you as their lights are lined up with that split...so yeah...I love my c4 coupe🤣🤣🤣

I have the same engine in a c5 aircross and it's very much a highlight of the car. Lovely characterful engine, plenty of punch up to 100.

LED vision headlights..are these the same as the matrix/ adaptive headlights ?..not listed in top spec shine plus C4 which is disappointing..i thought top spec would have had matrix LED headlights

They are auto leveling and have auto high beams assist. No matrix, although I believe its unnecessary. High beam assist is the sweet spot

How bad is the tire (road) noise? I want to replace my Skoda Scala with a C4 , the road noise in Scala is bad , will the C4 be an improvement or not?

@@NobbyOnCars I have all season 195 /60 r16 tires with a noise rating of 68 Db, I don't think the tires are the problem, of course the loud drumming noise is only on rough surfaces, on smooth roads its very quiet. I think its poor sound proof.

Lovely looking car but the rubber timing belt is in side the engine bsd idea bit break off and block the oil pump or belt snaps and engine is then scrap a pity

I am a happy owner of this beautufull car since April 2021 with 11000 km till today. BUT there are two big "BUTS". 1.Aerodynamics noices over 120km/h, like a litlle open front window (I couldn't belive it when I first heard it)!!! 2.When the car runs downhill with sicains another noice comes from the front (like CRAK-CRAK). It happens when turns from corner to corner after braking. Unbelievable issues for such a brand new car !!! I am not so happy anymore.....

Know I understand why Ireland is a lost cause...nothing quite perfect....nit picking extreme and all Citroen’s of the 70’s and 80’S all had single spoke round steering wheels....obviously a millennial...I am of the opinion today’s reviewers seem to be pissed of when they actually have to drive...pitiful
