HELLO? Did Harley do his badass act when he entered the studio? It had to be hard not to laugh, correct? How do you feel about his threats to ahem get people in a zombie state?

What's the recipe you use to get 99% of your clients institutionalized for mental problems? I can't remember it.

Smoothies bypass chewing, the initial digestive process using saliva. Living on smoothies sounds like it might be not that good. Also, eating 5 times a day means spiking insulin 5 times a day - a recipe for type 2 diabetes.

Just chew your smoothie

Wow do you think they're just eating sugar five times a day? Do a little research
@asarcadyn24142 жыл бұрын
@@sarcasticj Anything you eat gets turned to sugar (glucose); carbohydrates (not the fibre though) immediately and completely , protein slowly and partially. Maybe fat doesn't get turned into sugar - unless the liver can't find anything else to convert. So the answer to your (sarcastic) question is ‘Yes indeed! They are eating sugar 5 times a day’. I return your imperative “Do a little research”.

@@asarcadyn2414 I used to listen to popular nutrition advice and believed it was better to have a lot of small meals and never sleep/nap after eating. Now I don't believe any of that. I eat whatever I want, usually nap after a big meal, and my weight stays the same so long as I keep stress down and get enough sleep. Just curious, how many meals a day do you have? Do you nap after big meals? I feel so much better after waking up from a nap after a big meal - I figure it speeds digestion and gets food out of the stomach quicker. Without naps, I'll feel sluggish. You seem you know something about this, so I thought I'd ask.
