Like the video said a lot of it is lost revenue because of more people qualifying for low income passes and hybrid work models. It’s a difficult situation because of transit service degrades more people will drive which would incur costs of parking infrastructure, congestion and pollution

I'm suprised at so many people qualifying for the low income pass. The income requirement is very low, $30,526 for a single person in the highest band, who already pays about half the cost of a normal pass. Like I don't even understand how you could pay rent and eat on that income as a single person, let alone the lower bands...
