⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 雪燕平民燕窩 冰糖紅棗雪燕及鮮奶椰汁雪燕 材料(2人份量): 雪燕6大粒 紅棗8粒 鮮奶 椰漿 處理/程序: 1. 雪燕,清水浸6小時以上。 2. 雪燕,隔去水分,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 3. 紅棗,去核,清水清洗乾淨。 4. 在煲內放紅棗,加入清水600毫升,大火煲滾,轉最慢火,煲30分鐘。 5. 加入冰糖1大粒,煲3分鐘,以溶解它。 6. 加入雪燕一半份量,大火滾起,轉中慢火煲5分鐘。 7. 完成。 8. 在煲內加入鮮奶2碗,中火煲滾。 9. 加入雪燕。 10. 滾起,熄火。 11. 加入適量椰漿。 12. 完成,可享用。 Gum tragacanth with red dates sweet soup and gum tragacanth with coconut milk sweet soup Ingredients (serving for 2): Gum tragacanth 6 big cubes Red dates 8 Nos. Fresh milk Coconut milk Preparation/Steps: 1. Gum tragacanth, soak in tap water for 6 hours or more. 2. Gum tragacanth, get it drained. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. 3. Red dates, remove seeds. Rinse with tap water. 4. Put red dates in pot. Add in tap water 600ml. Heat up at high flame. Turn to low flame after boils up. Boil for 30 minutes. 5. Add in a big cube of rock sugar. Boil for 3 minutes to get it melted. 6. Put half of gum tragacanth into pot. Heat up at jigh flame. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 5 minutes. 7. Complete. 8. Add in 2 bowls of fresh milk into pot. Heat up at medium flame. 9. Add in gum tragacanth. 10. Turn off flame after boils up. 11. Add in appropriate amount of coconut milk. 12. Complete. Serve.
