State of Siam's officially established around 1857 and ancient Sukhothai people didn't speak like Bangkokian. For someone who want to know about the history.

Yeah, the game is wrong, Ramkamhaeng didn't found Siam but he founded Sukhothai in 1238. Also if he speaks the ancient Sukhothai language it would sound rude in modern Thai language.

Yes, Bangkokian still use the same pronoun words as Sukhothai and another dialects. But in fact ancient Sukhothai language have many difference words from Bangkokian and sound like Sukhothai province's accent nowadays more than the fake ancient language in Thai dramas or movies that invented to simplify for modern Bangkokian people. Besides, the difference of Siamese high society's accent and another accents can explain how some Thai informal words or ancient words turn to be swear words because of cultural revolution about 1940 in Thailand. ... and thanks for the gag ...

Actually, " Thai " is the word that found as the name of the ethnic group who live around Chao phraya river basin with Mon-Khmer peoples about 1160, "Siam" is the word they call "the land that water springing up from the ground" and foreign traders used this word to call all ethnic groups who live in this land before the royal court of Rattanakosin's used it to be official name of kingdom since about 1860 and changed to "Thailand" in 1939 by "Khana Ratsadon". So "Siam" is the lower Chao Phraya basin and Tha Chin river basin, not all of Indochina in the Linguistic and geographical explanation and "Siam" is the kingdom that ruled by Thai speaking people and officially established around 160 years ago for changing the system of political organization from "feudal monarchy" to "absolute monarchy" and claimed the territories such as Xishuangbanna, Shan states, Lanna, Lan Xang, Sip song chau tai, Cambodia, Syburi, Penang, Kelantan, Terengganu, etc. Besides, Ayothaya's founded by Mon-Khmer speaking people from lavo state to be the port before 13th century and Ayutthaya's established by the royalty of lavo with the supporting of Suphanabhumi state about 1350 and occupied by Thai speaking people from Suphanabhumi state with the Pressure of Ming Empire for extending political power around 1360. So the Territory around Chao Phraya river and the mouth of Pa sak river had the city of Mon-Khmer peoples called "Ayothaya" before establishing of Sukhothai and Ayothaya's developed to be "Ayutthaya" by the supporting of Suphanabhumi state and lavo's collapsed by Thai speaking people from Suphanabhumi not Sukhothai.
