Tks for the info doc. Na kelvi patta varaikum sabja seeds induce male harmone , where as chia produce estrogen which is gd for ladiesnu sonanga. Is dat true doc

Nothing like that , both seeds have phytoestrogens,but that doesn't work like estrogen in male or female. It's very poor in strength. No effect in the regular intake quantities.
