My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair once or twice a week with littllextraa cocooionn shampoo.

I don't have a blender at my hostel. So i take 1tbs flaxseed and dry roast them untill a nice aroma hits my nostrils. Then i cook my rice along with that roasted flaxseed. It makes the seeds very easy to chew. Also my rice looks and tastes good.

Sumac is a spice used extensively in middle eastern cuisine. It comes as berry with which you can make tea or in ground form , which can be used in several recipes and as a seasoning. It has a Tart like flavor and an earthy aroma to it. It is available online these days.

I made it right away but added black pepper to it. Very tasty when it's fresh on twice-cooked sweet potatoes! I compared it with store-bought Zaatar and liked the freshness of everything roasted, cooled and ground up in your mix better. I only made half the recipe as a trial and I must say, you barely know that you're eating flax meal! Will see how it is in a few days and will add more Allepo Pepper to it for hubby's portion.... I'm planning to sneak the flax into his diet with this recipe as he's not crazy about Chia seeds or flax, lol. I'll be trying this with rosemary and oregano too. Thank you for sharing!

@@HappyBellyfish I love fresh herbs and grow many in my geodesic dome greenhouse all year round. I call my row of peppers in the garden "Pepper Alley." I just used the spice/flaxseed mix on my 100% Sourdough Rye Rustic Flatbread which I served with a delicious homegrown salad. Toppings are fun to play with but flax eggs in the sourdough would be a better choice... tweaking recipes is getting more and more exciting. Tastebuds are dancing even well after a meal. Love your style of using herbs for health and wellness.... tis a pleasure for all. 🤘🙏✌

Good stuff! I've always bought seeds of any type as whole for the reasons you mentioned. Plus whole flax seeds look the same outgoing as incoming. Funny you added sumac, which as I understand has a lemony flavor, and is completely safe. (For anyone wondering, this is NOT the poison sumac we must avoid.) I have a volunteer winged sumac growing in my yard. Last year was it's first berry set. But the birds got to it before I could! This year I will get them! I'm saving your seasoning recipe as I have the rest of ingredients!

Sumac(original name Somagh) comes originally from Iran like many other herbs and spices and seeds that now a days other countries planting them if they have the right soil( which the soil are also mostly imported from Iran of Africa to Europe and Arab countries and unfortunately most of the time are smuggled ) !!! Many things like Zaftan, Somagh, Pomegranate, Begamote, Aibargin, Courgette Almond, Pistachio , walnut, Tarragon, …… have the origin in Iran from more than 9-10 thousands years ago and now only in the last 200-300 years , some countries like Spain, USA, Italy ,India ,Turkey and some countries in Africa and South Africa started to take the seeds, roots, … and plant them in their countries which are nice but still not the same quality !
