Do you guys have any experience, or videos on the RSX-type S and the subwoofer in the spare tire? I love that thing and would only replace it if there was a drop in box for that space (gotta stay race car), sometimes the stock amp isn't so great tho

I was also wondering if you had any recommendations for 6.5 upgrades ? I was thinking about the alpine r or type s but the r is 100w rms and the type s is 80w rms per channel. Ik the mb quart is 80w per channel so would it be pointless to get the type r since it wouldn’t be receiving its max watt capacity ?

I just got this amp for my whip. I had installed two 10s in august and the subs was sounding a bit off no matter how i tuned all the knobs, so i wanted to see if an aftermarket amplifier could clean up the sound compared to stock and this amp really exceeded expectations. 6.5s sounds more crisp, it’s louder, subs sound way better. Installation was mad easy. Harnesses made everything a breeze. My only minor complaint was that the bracket with the ears was a bit too small to line up to the holes on the mb quart. I just put two screws closest to the rca/ear side and mini zip tied the other two holes.

hey thanks for the feedback! the amp has oval holes so you should be able to move the brackets in and out some to make them fit. If that doesn't work if you don't mind sending us pictures so we can adjust the design.

Bro. Do u even do work on new Acuras? The cars u show r almost 20 yrs old. These videos would've been maybe 15 yrs ago.. 10 of ur lucky... but it looks like u don't mess with cars after 2010.. get some new models in there... I know everyone isn't driving around in an 05 tl or rsx..

yes we do. Just don't get to make videos on them. Also the amount of people modifying brand new cars is very small.
