Side Braid Hair Tutorial For Beginners

It's been so long since I've created an easy side braid hair tutorial for you guys, this is especially perfect for beginners! The trick is that it is a twist that turns into a braid, so it looks like a French braid but a lot less work so this is perfect if you are just starting out, but want the look of a side French braid.

This was the best way to learn new techniques to braiding. For some reason I can only braid 2 braids under hand. No matter how I try I can’t get the Dutch or anything else. It sucks. But I can complete this!!!!! Yay.

I have out of control curly, not all one length hair. It was not working with just one braid. So I parted it on the side and did two braids. Not bad for my first time! Pretty easy, just have to keep practicing!!I thank you!

Yes it does! If your hair has a ton of layers and pieces are sticking out in the braid, then I would opt for tying into a bun so you have nothing sticking out! That looks super cute too!
