its amazing how fast you can rebound if you have years of strength training under your belt. People rarely believe me when I tell them I went from benching 185 to 355 in 5 months after i went on a heroin and cocaine bender and missed 7 months in the gym and barely ate anything but candy and beer. So even if you become disillusioned if you feel you aren't making gains or plateauing there are long term benefits that are not often realized until years after.

@@DanielRowlands1 True lol. Outside of a few people that know each other in the gym everyone else is pretty quiet and in tune with their workouts. I've been at my gym for almost a year and I'm gonna be honest there's not 1 person I talk to regularly there.

He is like the average person that goes the gym, he gets there by bike, no fancy clothes or material, trains alone, commercial gyms, but not only he trains the most difficult strenght sport but he does it at an olympic level

@@ahwerdfw But that's nonsense. Being 100kg is not near heavy enough to cause joint problems unless you are about 5'4. I'm only 21 and 98kg and there's plenty of room for growth. I still feel fast, powerful and light on foot. Sore joints at such a weight will be caused by unrelated issues. (unless you are obese)

9 sessions a week, recommends 6, while I'm almost 40 years old now, feeling like 25 in my mind but body struggling to recover from 3 sessions. Being a dad of small children is stressful ^^. Great video Clarence! Still going for a PR when they sleep through the night. Fittest @ 40 maybe?

@@nicholastartaglia4276 I watched his last vid fairy recently and I don’t think he said anything about hopping back on gear so I just wanted to get the consensus by asking. But yeah I agree. Not only has he recovered 90% strength in 5 weeks but he’s also put on a lot of muscle since his last video. For me, as someone who’s been lifting for over half a decade and is currently bulking, that amount of clean weight gain does not seem possible for a natty.
