Steve Franklin honestly, Clarence is a mystery to me. You can’t fucking not be amazed at how strong the guy is with such perfect form while all the time getting the “I’m just doing this for fun” vibe. I mean, Larry Wheels has nothing on him. Even with steroids, he’s impressive. And to answer your question, I really think he is on par with those oly lifter pros. From 13:33 you can see that he outlifted the Romanian guy pro.

Her competition lifts are a lot more impressive. Anyone can do a squat, most people whove been going to the gym for years still cant do a snatch with an empty bar let alone 110 on it. A 2xbw snatch is the nuttiest thing, but all world class lifters at her weight have to attain that to even be competitive!

Lmfao!! So true it’s like his body was meant for Olympic weightlifting regardless of its shape haha but really the sport comes down to technique. Of course you need strenght but learning how to execute the right muscle groups goes a long way! I remember Gabriel saying one time that if you can front squat /deadlift 150kg for 5-8 clean reps you have the POTENTIAL to clean and jerk it. Some weird thing he found out over his years of training.
@muhammadputera65935 жыл бұрын
