I work in a leading bank and can help you with how the BFSI industry fools people with their products. I do both investing and trading. Like you say we shouldn't do real estate vs equity as there is a right way of using both the asset classes to create wealth. Similarly both investing and trading has it's own pros and cons and there is a right way of using both to make money from equity markets. When I say trading I don't mean FnO and intraday. I just do swing and positional trading using momentum strategies

Bhai bande ko stocks 10x yeah 100x bhi hua toh khud ka ghar nahi hain toh peace of mind nahi milta... Same with nikhil kamat khud crores ka ghar khareed liya aur podcast maine bolte hain maine rent pe rahunga because rental yield is 3 %... Logo ko bas stocks trade karwange aur khud cash chapenge... Khud nikhil kamat ne apna major portfolio debt funds maine dala hain jo ki sabse safe investment hain after FD

we as an investment banker watch fundamentals for more than 100+ hours, then traders accumulate it and later announce some release, we use different financial models to catch the cooking of books and get to know if they are doing it or not.

1. Firstly, if you're an investment banker, you are not authorised to give out financial tips or advice. 2. Secondly, one doesn't need to 'WATCH' fundamentals for 100+ hours to find out if a particular stock is being accumulated or shorted. WATCHING fundamentals would not yield any information on that front. 3. Thirdly, financial modelling would not bring out discrepancy in books of accounts. For that, there is auditing and forensic accounting put to use. 4. Finally, you're another scam and nothing else.
