Well actually that is kind of the theory surrounding some of his abilities. The idea is his invulnerability is due to a force field/energy field that encompasses his body and protects him from most damage, it also explains why his suit rarely gets damaged (save for effect), because it is skin tight and so close enough to be under the protection of this field. It’s also been suggested that he subconsciously can extend this field around objects he is holding both to protect them and make heavier objects easier to manipulate by essentially giving them a structural integrity field allowing them to be handled in ways they typically wouldn’t be, like saying dropping a jumbo jet carefully down on the ground by its nose alone or why Lois Lane doesn’t freeze to death despite being flown around at jet liner heights wearing only some flimsy nightwear.... Also the field is supposedly linked to his strength so that it is not just purely his mass and density and mechanical advantage of being Kryptonian that make him so strong...and it’s also potentially linked to his flight and again his ability to move large objects being theoretically some sort of electromagnetic field that when he “flies” what he is actually doing is repelling against the Earth’s magnetic field like one of those magnetic hovering toys. But again that’s only part of his ability to fly because it doesn’t explain how he flies in space.

At 20,000 feet, approximately 426 tonnes is acting on the door. This is a difference of 324 tonnes. I cant find a 747's door size, but its approximately 1.5 x 2.5 metres going off scale drawings, so the pressure at the door is approximately 8 tonnes per square inch. So, if an ACTUAL explosive decompression happened (the pressure actually equalised instantly), the approximate impact against you would be immense. Except for the fact that much air doesnt exist in the cabin, it cant move that fast due to the people and chairs in it, and that its not a full boeing 747, but a comfortable private plane, with barely half the space of an empty 747 cabin, people in it, and theres a superpowered human blocking airflow out of it and reducing depressure force.

That's explained in the comics. He's surrounded by a bio-electric field that makes him so durable. It's why his cape gets torn to hell but his suit is usually fine. When he lifts or catches someone, that field expands around the person/object so it doesn't rip apart...or the person doesn't explode into chunks of meat.
