In july 2016 I was in the USA at a restaurant with a friend and his girlfriend who had just turned 21 a few months ago on 10th of February. I've got along with the vast majority of Americans that I (an Aussie) have encountered through work, travel, socially etc but mainly because I know how easily offended quite a lot (not all of course) can be. His body is unable to keep his skin tight and his muscle mass is no longer as dense, and as we age our muscles shrink meaning our metabolic rate decreases significantly. Lipit turnover in fat tissue decreases when you age.
