Brother I’m 71 and yes I grilled a lot in the 80’s and on, burned out a few. Mostly burgers and a few steaks, but man I never had a meal as wonforful looking as this! 😢 I sure missed that boat. That steak is as fine looking as a man on death roll would dream of the night before his demise. Fit for a king rite there😮

Have you ever used miso paste for BBQ marinade? I wonder if it would burn? On steak I would like to try. Interesting way to cook ramen. I prefer aldente so this looks good for that. 😋
