Hi Rozina....I had a traditional "Mangal" from Iran that was no longer in good shape, so I converted a BBQ grill I had laying around into a Mangal.

Hi Yousef, I grew up eating Persian food at home almost every day, I moved out of state away to an area that doesn't have any Persian restaurants. I miss the food so I have been using your videos to cook my own Persian food at home. I found your channel when I was searching for how to keep kubideh kabobs from falling off the skewer--I was not draining the onions and I ended up making kubideh pancakes lol. Merci

I want to try and make kabobs for the first time. You make it look simple and delicious. I can no longer visit my favorite places to eat so going to make it myself instead with your help.

Hey there from the other side... Is safran (the red cocktail) a must must fill or can i get the same result w/o it?
@CookingWithYousef3 жыл бұрын
You can get a similar result but it definitely will taste & look different without the saffron
