I recently discovered you on KZbin while searching for fashion for women over 50. (I think we were born the same year, 1960.) I subscribed because I think you are just so gracious and such a pleasure to watch. I especially enjoy watching your lunches out with friends, seeing the beautiful area, seeing what each of you are wearing....fun! I used to worry about dressing too young but I think I was equating too young with being stylish. Thanks for inspiring me and I look forward to seeing more!

You are a lovely woman and I like your personality and style. I am considering letting my silver and white hair grow out. I'm 54 and my hair grows like a weed. I have to dye my hair every three weeks. It's so expensive because my hair is also very thick. I am not happy about aging, but I must accept it. Your talks about how you are dealing with aging has really helped me feel more accepting of myself. Thank you so much.

I have just found you, you have a lovely style, it's so nice to watch a video with a mature women and not constantly hear how many lines we have to hide, as if getting older was a terrible event, I am 53, today actually, and people are always telling me I look younger, I have looked after my skin, as I have passed on to my daughter, I have never smoked, I don't drink but also, thanks to my mum, myself and my 11 siblings all look younger than our age. I do not resent getting older, I enjoy the freedom it gives me, there is a difference between wanting to look good and trying desperately to look younger. I'm from England so hello from the UK.

+Jimi Hendrix Jimi, you are such a sweetheart. I must admit this video makes me look pretty good because of the fantastic natural lighting. I can look awful in the right (terrible) lighting! And, body parts that were higher are now lower, if you know what I mean--on face and body, unfortunately! But I will say my mom had me using sunscreen from age 5 (1965). That was drummed in my head. I also stopped sunbathing when I was 30. Been exercising for last ten years. Today I get sun on my body (with no sunscreen) for vitamin d and always wear a hat--so no longer use sunscreen if possible due to chemicals. I no longer use supplements since switching to whole foods only--no junk, no sugar, and almost no grains since June 2012. (Although, I have started recently having one or two servings max of sprouted organic rice each week). It all has made a difference in terms of much fewer breakouts and my general health. Thank you for such a kind comment!!!

+Jimi Hendrix Jimi, it dawned on me the other day that although I don't take vitamins, I do take a probiotic every day. I also take a teaspoon of cod liver oil. I've been doing both of those for about three and a half years. So those are definitely supplements to my regular diet. Don't know why I didn't think of it when you asked me before. I'm sorry!
