Very Helpful video thank you. I also got a 1655 with whistling tender. The whistle works but locomotive is dead when I apply power not even humming. I paid 40 total from ebay this past spring. Will eventually take apart my 1655 to try and find out what's wrong with it. You got a good deal on yours was 22 your total cost including tax and shipping?

Yeah, I think I just referenced the purchase price…still at $30.52 all in, it was a good deal.
