Looks like my brother is in luck. Today is the day I bake him a cake and take it over to him and his wife. I make him a cake every two weeks. His wife can no longer remember how to cook (dementia) so he does. But he does not bake.

I was just saying a want to make a pound cake cake bc every time I make it, it don’t come out right. Make I don’t let it cook long enough. The flavor comes out good and the crumbs. I get like a line in the middle of the cake. I keep all the ingredients at room temp.

Actually all that Glaze and Frosting is not healthy for you. To much sugar. I go light with a glaze and frosting. Most of the time I put frosting/ glaze on my cakes. But I do put a scoop of ice cream on the side sometimes 😋👍🏾💯😂😂😂🤣
