Go thru and watch the beginning of EVERY one of Mr jacks videos, 99% of them start with oil and butter 😂😂😂. The good stuff!!!! You are missed sir!!! Still watch your videos almost every time I sit down to eat🤤🤤🤘🤘💪💪🇺🇲🇺🇲

Confused. You don't overcook it in frying, but then you seem to cook it a long time in pan after. I prefer veal parmesean, and have messed it up when I tried to make it. Not about to try veal Marsala to fail, on top of it. Your recipe seems like it cooks it too long. I can't endure another failure. So won't be trying this, but thanks.

I love your cooking show, but I'm not sure "Veal" can ever be in considered a classic for any kind of Indian dish, given cows are considered sacred in Hinduism (also yes, Marsala was invented in the UK).

marsala not MASALA...masala means 'spread' as in the variety of spices used in a specific masala be it tikka, garam, there a bunch others...indian cuisine stuff. marsala on the other hand is a kind of wine used to flavor this delicious dish...similar names, not related at all though :-)
