You cant make a "bis" list for Tank-Warrior, its so much dependant on the encounter and your raidsetup. You basically swap gear for every boss.

You would not really use 2 active trinkets like Slayer's Crest as Kiss of the spider as if you pop one, you get an internal cooldown on the other. You'd mostly go with 1 passive trinket like DFT/mark of the champion + 1 active trinket (preferably KoTS) and badge of swarmguard for aoe fights.

For alliance Fury in mostly Phase 5 gear, if you get Band of Unnatural Forces, Circle of Applied Force > Quick Strike Ring with ZG buff. The difference between the two is very minor though

Mate rank 10 helm and shoulders in pair are according to alot of people better than LHH and t2,5 shoulders

looking at current logs, conquerors crown+ shoulders seems to scale the best with full world buffs+ BoK.

What about Iblis + THC? Isnt that more dps?

nope, lower dps and lower ap gain. Rage gain is also normalized so attack speed won't make much of a difference. Iblis COULD be better if you need that hit+crit, but if you have the bis gear pieces, that won't be the case. Even then, I'd much rather replace legplates of carnage with titanic leggings.

@@disrupt94 nah theres many more factors. Such as being able to heroic strike and execute faster. With wb you are reaching crit cap so flurry is almost always up. bis is iblis+thc or TF+THC for human/gnome/NE. IDK about orc. their racial probly makes up for pally buffs and its same or gressil+thc

@@exceeeeeL could you link your sim? otherwise I don't see this being true. Gressil does so much more damage on average that slightly faster heroic strikes would really only bridge it in an unreasonably long fight.

@@1lamafarmer it seems thc mh + iblis OH is bis or gressil mh + thc oh. With full wb + DMF ofc. Either of those combos. Also u gotta keep in mind all of the other factors. The 7th best dps in the world is rockin edgies with hatchet + kingsfall. but yea gressil+thc seems to reign supreme rn

Severance should be bis for 2h orc, for non orc probably the same but try look it up in fight club disc.

There's no such thing as 2H PVE - only for cleave on trash fights.

it seems to be not as exciting as rogues but actually it's easier to get the gear since you don't need that much gear from naxx

Quick strike ring??? It's literally the same exact ring as Ring of the Qiraji Fury, but with less stam. Maybe with world buffs it's better by 2 AP, which the amount is so little, majority of the time it won't actually get that extra 1 str from WB. Although you are losing out on survivability.

20 agility is 1% crit, which makes the belt huge without world buffs

Saying tanks "should already know what pieces to use" is pretty dumb. Which pieces of T3 should we be prio-ing to tanks? Which pieces will help us smooth out our tanking line-up the most? If you don't know what pieces you need to be proing to your tanks then you shouldn't be playing. Your tanks need 4p before horseman it's not that hard
