Hi! "Is Who" is actually her official promotional debut, and it is a part of her debut album "The Diary of Youth", which was released in three parts/chapters; the first one being "The Grand Dreams", the second one "Growing Up", and finally "Is Who". All three songs are in the same album, but were released one at a time with MVs for each one. So no, it is not a comeback, but instead her official debut song and the final part of her debut album!

YESSSSSS i felt all the reactions to the scatting section in my soul!!! this was the track that introduced me to Minseo and i don't regret it lol. always happy to see Minseo on the channel!!! in case there's anyone that's new and wants to hear more of her voice, she's done song covers on Mystic Entertainment's channel!! and someone else has mentioned this in another comment as well, but her personality is also so fun and warm too!! i think her 'dear moon' cover showcases very well a softer side to her voice along with her power vocals, along with some extra footage of her being silly and cute lol

I just find out this channel and I’m going to be here all night. I’m rethinking my opinion about reactions, because until i have seen this, i used to watch reactions very rarely. I'm not sure if this was her second release/comeback cause she did have a song in between and it does have a music video. You can even take note of the ending of "Is Who" where she writes "Chapter 3: Diary of Youth" as a reference to how many songs she has released. Her second release is "Growing Up," and her latest single is "Zero." Again, I'm not sure if "Growing Up," was much of a promotional single, but I did see the song on iTunes as a digital single, so I thought I would put that out there. The reactions were great, and I'm pleased to find that the reactors enjoyed both songs. "Grand Dreams" and "Is Who" are definitely my faves.
