claud!!! i'm gonna give you a very helpful italian trick, save! the! pasta! water! it's liquid gold from all that salt and starch. before draining the pasta just take a glass measuring cup and fill it about half way with that pasta water (just go directly into the pot with it) and keep it on the side when you're ready.. then pour a splash into the sauce and it will come together much easier! ( keep stirring the pasta, sauce, pasta water all together until you feel like it's well coated. you can always keep adding more splashes if needed)

CLAUDIA: ❤ Add (unrefined) salt to yr organic coffee to cut acidity & the stomach upset it creates. Some people add salt to the grounds but I find it works better added & stirred in after coffee brewed. Also try switching to a medium, rather than dark coffee. I like organic "Out of Africa" by Goodbeans. Play with salt amount to taste & to stomach's needs. I keep a bottle of Redmond's salt & a spoon in my car for coffee to go.
