Clean and Cook Whole Catfish For The First Time (sensitive footage)
It has been a long time since I’ve ever cleaned the catfish. It’s been probably over 10 to 15 years maybe longer than that and I can say this was a very interesting experience.
I didn’t care too much for the insides. I was always scared to see what within the belly of a fish scared of might see a frog snake or anything that might be alive, but cleaning this catfish overcame my fears on cleaning them. This fish taste like butter. It was so delicious. It’s way better than store-bought fish and I would do this any day.
Don’t judge me on my skills cause like I said it’s been almost 10 to 15 years since I’ve gutted or cleaned a fish. I wanted to fish so there was only way to clean it and I had to it. I did not want it. I wanted the whole fish. I wanted the thins and everything .
