Everyone be grateful you can eat this way. It's so rough to have 40-60 dollars to buy groceries for 2 weeks for my family due to the Pandemic. We have been doing a lot of ramen and eggs.
@revnv5903 жыл бұрын
Are you buying the ramen at an asian market? Ethnic stores are so much cheaper. You might want to look into eating rice. I could never afford the foods Bobby eats. Asians eat rice and vegetables primarily and are very healthy. Also, if your food budget us that low you should apply for food stamps.
@MyBikinisTravel3 жыл бұрын
@@revnv590 I agree! Food stamps are accepted at Whole Foods as well as Amazon Fresh so people with low bugets CAN eat healthy!! Also, Bobby even does grocery store videos AT WALMART! And even ALDIs so everyone with any budget CAN eat healthy! Bobby don't discriminate!!!

Bobby & Art...the information that you provide has been truly life changing for me. For the first time, I'm not on a diet of depravation. I have had a complete lifestyle change and I credit your videos with showing me the way. I can never thank you enough. If you had told me a few years ago that I would give up sugar and bread (and processed foods and more) I would have probably laughed and said I couldn't do it. But, finding great substitutes (Lankanto monk fruit for the win) has made it so much easier. And, I've even extended the knowledge to my pets. I started out by switching to the organic dog food your recommended (Castor & Pollux Pristine) and this week, I made them a batch of homemade food using all organic ingredients. Who am I now? Happier and healthier, that's who I am. I'm working on my diabetic dad and my grown children but it's baby steps with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
