Using just the small peppers in a “stuffed pepper stew” is a brilliant idea. The Slovak side of my family used to make stuffed peppers a lot, but I can’t eat a whole bell pepper myself so I gave up on them. However, I can definitely use this idea of just making a stew with pieces of pepper. (Also, now that the boys are away at school during the day, hopefully we’ll see more painting in your videos.)

Noemi, my husband and I were recently camping in the forest and one beautiful evening as we were tidying up to retire, wee little mice came out. Woodland jumping mice. My husband knelt down and talked to one and the mouse looked at him quite inquisitively as he nibbled on something. haha It was a wonderful experience. I like to use the lights all over the year ☺ I don't think that this decor is only for Christmas. As for me, it is for a cozy atmosphere. And no matter what time of the year is now :)
