Yea that was pretty much useless. A multi-billion dollar corporation needs to take 5 minutes to show a couple examples of printers and where the rollers are located.

@@HPSupport how about you make a video for it and not just have a video saying read the documentation. People are here because they do not want to read the documentation. Maybe they lost it, maybe they can't read, who knows. Point being, saying read the documentation isn't helpful.

+Better Image Follow these steps to clean the pick rollers in HP LaserJet and PageWide printers: - Clean the paper pick rollers. - Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord. - Dampen the cloth with water, and then squeeze it to remove any excess. - Clean the rollers with the cloth to remove any buildup or debris. - Rotate the rollers as you finish cleaning a section to clean the entire roller. - If the rollers show signs of wear or are worn smooth, replace the rollers. - Let the rollers dry for ten minutes. - Reconnect the power cord, and then turn on the printer. - Remove all paper from the input tray. - Examine the paper, and then remove any sheets that are bent, wrinkled, torn, or a different size or type. - Flex the stack of paper, and then tap it on a flat surface to align the corners. - Load the stack into the input tray, without exceeding the maximum fill line. - Adjust any paper guides so they rest on the edge of the stack. - Close the tray, and resume printing.
