the dirt buildup under the feet is so relatable, sockss/shoes dont work either cause then the dirt will be spreading EVERYWHERE and on feet it sticks and stays.. lol

Do you ever look around your kids’ room and think, “How on earth did this happen?” I have and it’s always after they’ve ‘cleaned like crazy’ or ‘like it should be done.’ My daughter is always whining about not having anything to wear to which I ALWAYS reply “Look under your bed!” Sure enough… And then it’s “Wash these, Mom!” NOPE! 😂 That lazy teen can do it herself! Now, I just sit in the doorway and dictate and listen to her giving me reasons why I should help her out. “But Dad helps you in your room!” This gets a hard smirk and then she remembers that he and I share the room. 😂 Thanks for sharing!

So good. I do the “DID I DANCE” also. I feel like a win. I have grown children and one thing I taught them was do not touch the walls period! Also nothing ever goes under the bed, penalty was one hour of neighbor hood trash pick up for every item. We called it community service. It worked mom win!

Loving the dry humor and sarcasm , your vlogs are fun to watch . Vacuums : as a former Dyson owner I’ve converted to Miele despite the price. The original older Dyson models were very good , they sucked like champs. Unfortunately the later models were downhill in quality and suction . Miele is expensive but it’s been worth the investment.

Nah. I was as bad as this as a teenage girl. Even worse. Mixture of being a teenager and adhd. Just ONE thing: don't think your son will magically learn to keep a room clean when he grows up. Social pressure for me as a girl did the trick and i learnt and i am better now. But my brother still is a lost cause and he is well into adulthood now.

For the breathe strips, get a small square of thicker paper/poster board and draw a target on it and hang it next to his bed to stick the strips on- maybe even like a target from the dollar tree. Kids love stuff that’s a game 😝 on. Just out of curiosity, if the girls share a room, why do they not have the bigger room and bathroom?

Sometimes when it gets that bad under a bed I think… obviously they are not missing this stuff/don’t care about it so then I throw it away/donate it. It helps them to have less stuff to manage. Obviously there are exceptions tho😊

I won’t toss my kids stuff without permission. I also lose things under my bed and forget about them. ADHD is very much out of sight out of mind, but it doesn’t mean it’s not important. Just our brains work differently.

So I do parts of the cleaning, and turn off the camera and him to his portion, and come back to do the more deeper cleaning. He’s a child and I’m here to support him. I hope this helps you!
