Cleaning a Burbot - Have you ever eaten one?? If so, how did you prepare it?

grew up watching u babe i remember in the mid 90s as a kid going up to mille lacks and there would be frozen pout outside every permanent and all over the lake

In Maine we call them “cusk” also known as “poor man’s lobster” honestly tho, I think cusk has a more mild flavor, which I prefer. I’d take a cusk over a lobster anyday.
