Omg I needed this!!! Between RA , Sjögren's syndrome, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia or just being sick from adjusting to medication. This is where I’m at at today😢

My place is always in a disarray. The ADHD, lupus, SCD, depression/anxiety, single parent. I just feel like I’m existing and not living. I just loved to a new place so I have a chance to start over. The last place I never even unpacked 60% of my things between working and being in constant pain, fatigue, cycles of depression and let’s be real loneliness and boredom. Anyways thanks for this video. I decided I’d do one thing at a time. Because when I try too many things I get sick because over did it. I e decided I’d bring up one box overtime I go to the car and at least one box a day. Of course I’ll do more if I can. But things like making food to stay on budget is hard when your hands don’t work. You’re an inspiration keep it up. I’m glad to be seen!

wow, I want to know what the system behind that whiteboard is; I need it! my trick is to do one-two things a day, every 2 weeks (not every 1 week). like, washing the oven surface every 2 weeks on a given day. washing my bedding every 2 weeks. washing the sinks every 2 weeks. I jot it down in a calender to remember which day is which. disclaimer: I know it's very different when you have kids. very, very different. so, the house is ok, and I avoid excessive contact with detergents (not a good thing for MCAS). there is a thin line between 'sterile' and unhealthy, and the detergent marketing has probably wrongly convinced us that 'sterile' was healthy. oh, the toilet is an exception to the 2 weeks rule.

I am so glad I’m not the only one that leaves holes behind pictures 😂 but giving it ago is so satisfying and even better when you can hide the holes after 👍

We 100% have holes behind pictures from me trying to hang them too!

Routines with adhd is harder too. ❤️So its amazing that you try having those, even if so much is "against your routines" if that makes sense.

PS I love how you laugh through the voice-over. I flare up ocassionally, but similarly, there is not a day where I'd go without pain, not a second where my illnesses wouldn't be affecting me. when I took a painkiller last time (I rarely do), I wanted to cry because only taking meds makes me realise what I am going through without them.

Aimee have you checked out Beddy’s yet? They’re soooo amazing. I got a set recently and now it’s so much easier to make my bed and they’re soooo comfy! Might wanna check it out.

Yes! I have beddys on my kids beds and I used to have one for our master until it ripped. I think for the king bed it wasn't much faster/easier but for kids beds it's game changing!
