So far so good with this vacuum. kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

*Works great and is lightweight **MyBest.Tools** Comes apart for cleaning/fits back together easily. It replaced my carpet shampooer. Great on hardwood as well.*

I’ve just been pulling hairs an strings out from the rollers opening to clean it for the past 6 months. I had no idea how easy it was to pop out. Tons of hair and fibers were compacted into the sides of the roller. Now my vacuum is cleaning like it was when it was new. I had assumed it was just worn out from cleaning up after 3 kids, a long haired dog and a rabbit the sheds more than a golden retriever. Nope, it’s just me that’s worn out.

The abbreviated version of your post ended at "a long haired dog and a rabbi..." and I was extremely confused...

Some people may complain about having to maintain the robot more than a regular vacuum but your saving hours on end not vacuuming yourself

Maybe one day we will have vacuums that clean and maintain themselves 🤣🤣

Thank you. This was very helpful. I have another question. Why would the shark beep every 3-5 seconds while on the docking station? The 3 blue bars are the only lights showing.

Here's one for ya. I started having main brush roller issues after owning this robot for about 1yr and 3 months. In the end, by hooking a multimeter to the contacts on the main brush roller motor and watching the robot clean, it would receive a consistant 9V when it was working. However when the robot goes over a section of very low pile carpet (like a door mat), the voltages would fluctuate wildly then eventually go to 0 and roller would stop altogether. I've already replaced the main roller motor and that didn't work. Since the supplied voltage to the motor drops to 0V, i'm guessing it's the main motherboard? There's really no forums or anywhere to discuss problems like this so i'm posting it here. Considering parting the robot out altogether since I called Shark and all they could offer was a discount on a new one lmao. Help anyone?

I have an much easier way to clean these vacuums....I take the dust bin to the kitchen garbage,...open the bin sideways and empty the dirt then I use my hand held shark vacuum to vacuum the filter and the bin real fast and very effeciently.....I dont need to bang the bin on the garbage can either...try it you will like it!.......
