Instead of gluing that microfiber cloth to the flip flops we can velcro it to it so that we can wash the microfiber cloths it can be reusable

As long as it stays on I think that's a great idea. You can throw the entire thing in the wash, slippers and all. Dollar Tree slippers may not hold up though, so your tip is a good alternative.
