CLEANING THE PAWHUT HAMSTER CAGE // New setup for Albus // TIANISIMONEX

In todays video we are going to be cleaning the pawhut hamster cage and creating a new setup for Albus, My male Syrian hamster. Hamsters need a lot of space and enrichment for them to be able to thrive and live a happy life so Albus' cage measures 115cm x 60cm to give him lots of space. Y U E 'S S T O R Y
Yue was my Russian dwarf hamster. She was my first hamster and i loved her very much. From the moment i saw her i knew she was coming home with me. She started me on a journey of research and learning about correct hamster care and enrichment in attempts to better her life, my hamster education and make her the happiest she could be. She is the sole reason i started this KZbin channel and i am so grateful to have so many videos and moments of her to look back on. Through lockdown, day to day life and mental health struggles she cheered me up and gave me a reason to smile everyday. She truly was a great pet and i will be forever thankful for the knowledge i learnt because of her. I miss you Yue, I love you always my little moon spirit. Xx
A L B U S' S T O R Y:
Albus is my male Syrian hamster. I decided i wanted to adopt a hamster in February 2021. i wanted to have the expirience of owning a different species of hamster so i opted for a syrian as i already had my Russian dwarf hamster, "Yue" at the time. I found an hamster adpotion advert for him on Pets4Homes and he came home with me shortly after. His story before life with me is not a sad one. He was very loved by his previous family and they also advocated for great and correct hamster care. He is a cheeky boy, more of a shy hamster and is incredibly friendly and i am happy to share his life journey with all of the hamster community. Xx

You know the pet carrier u use, that’s the one from pets at home, and t is usually £14-£15 and I went to pets at home a few days ago, and it was on sale for £9! I got it immediately and I got the ADORABLE pink one! I love it !! 💛xx

Woah!!! That bedding bag is HUUUUGE! is that hemp bedding or wood chips...? All I've got are these wimpy bags of Carefresh and Kaytee clean and Cozy, I need that big bag! Lol. Very great video!

I tend to do a spot clean once a week just to remove the dirty bits but Albus mostly uses his sand bath to pee in so I don’t usually need to remove a lot of the teabag bedding x

That is the main substrate that Tiani uses, that is cheap, safe and environmentally friendly 💛🌿
