Not sure if I'll get a reply here but here it goes anyways. I'm hoping to get a pair of Chelsea boots, and I was wondering what the differences between the Duke and the Cavalier were? These would be my fourth pair so I'm very excited to order them I just need some clarification to really make up my mind. Hey Peter- The main differences are in the fit, style and sole. The Cavalier is a sleeker style in design and it fits more like a dress shoe. The Cavalier is also made with a leather sole. The Duke is a bulkier style, it has a durable rubber studded sole. You can use these for more everyday casual wear. Both styles are great- It really depends on where you intend to wear them and how often. For an everyday style the Duke is the perfect choice!

Is the leather cleaner like a suede shampoo, will it take out stains? Also if it safe to use on other suede shoes like ones from Clark?

So far, I’ve used the gum eraser and the brush. Should I use the brush after applying the leather cleaner?

No hard rules on this- in the video we only used it once before applying the leather cleaner but if you want to use it again after it won't hurt :)

I do have two pairs of executive and one women Chelsea. Also I do have thursday conditioner and balm. So how do I use balm on these shoes. Can I use both of them together, one after another ?? What is the use of balm exactly ?

There's no strict rules for this but you can clean and treat suede boots every couple of wears. Just make sure you have the right tools for maintaining suede!

How long do your suede boots last? Suede doesn't last as long as full grain leather right?

It entirely depends on the wear that they see and how wel they're taken care of. I've had mine for 3 years and they're doing great, plenty of our customers wear them for 5+!

To clean these the Arizona Adobe Captain you can spray the Leather Cleaner( available on our site) and use a clean Microfiber Cloth to wipe them down, as well as a Premium Shoe Brush to remove any dirt on the surface. Because these leathers are so unique, we do not recommend applying any conditioning or protective products to them. If additional cleaning is required, we recommend visiting your local cobbler or shoe repair shop so they can handle this professionally.

I've read some of the reviews on the waterproofing spray and some do not like it because of white spots. Is there a way to prevent this? I just bought a pair of burnt copper captains and want to keep them nice.

Yes, you can! To clean our rugged leathers, you can spray the Leather Cleaner and use a clean Microfiber Cloth to wipe them down, as well as a Premium Shoe Brush to remove any dirt on the surface. As a head-up, because these leathers are so unique, we do not recommend applying any conditioning or protective products to them but the leather cleaner is a great choice for the Arizona Adobe!
