All gardens need a cat. It was fun watching the Cats play today. It is satisfying to watch the garden cleanup happen. I’m boiling maple sap today and the weather is nice enough to play in the garden.

Oh Laura, I just found a store (Elder’s Ace hardware) in Cleveland Tennessee and I felt like I walked into Laura’s world, they sell so much of what you use/promote I have looked for Land and sea compost for over three years and could not find it in Utah, moved to Tennessee and found it at Elders. I was chatting with one of the great ladies there and I started to mention your channel and she said “ Laura” like everyone knows Laura, she had high compliments of you as well. Great job to all of you, it takes a team.

What a beautiful collection of hellebore you have! I would love to find some that will survive in zone 4B. I have a perfect shady spot for them. Lungwart is such a beautiful plant with such a unique name. I love the beautiful layer of Juniper berries... such a pretty carpet of color. What an amazing fun fact regarding the lifetime of a Junipers existence! I never knew that any tree could live that long!♡ Boy, Miss Samantha is really becoming a perfect garden helper! ❤

Hi Laura. Just a suggestion. I discovered by chance that if your Hellebores aren’t blooming, they may need to be lifted a few inches. I just take a pitchfork and gently lift the plant, avoiding the crown. I’ve had Hellebores send up a couple of blooms the same season they were lifted. Give it a try!🤗
