He’s such a good dog to tolerate the treatment! My little dog hates me messing with her eyes . She’s old now and gets hardened eye boogers . They’re small . And I keep the area cleaned . But they happen so fast now that she’s old. Maybe that’s the problem Scortch has .

That poor baby!!!! My parents yorkie has become neglected with her grooming for many reasons. After I bathed her, combed out her mats, clipped her nails and coat-she felt like a new dog and absolutely bounded around everywhere she went. They truly experience that grooming neglect physically and psychologically-even if they’re otherwise loved and cared for.

No,just an elderly woman, who didn't have the means,or money to have it addressed until she got the dog to us..She adored, and loved the dog very much..

@@GroomingByRudy I appreciate the answer but you mean to say she can't get a wet towel and wipe its eyes once a day? Obviously I don't know her and there may be something I don't understand but if she can let it out for a walk.. She can clean the eye. Wet warm towel. Hold, soften and wipe away. Not hard at all. I've done it myself.

@@Jfre2 No,She couldn't, because She was an 84 year old woman, with major health issues, who's husband died 4 months earlier, who did his best to take care of both her and the dog. Not every situation is neglect, and it certainly wasn't in this case..The dog was loved, and cared for..If it was neglect, I would have said that..I groomed her dog at no charge, for the remainder of its life, because She also had very little money..I hope you can understand why I am defending her..
