I have been trying various breathworks Some makes me feel energies as sparks all around the body after 3 rounds, But never was I explained why you feel certain tensions added with worldly things Have been trying qiqong lately too but this method in itself creates an orbit too which is perfect combo of qigong and transmutation it is more mindful that it felt so liberating afterwards. Best part was the intro, you explained and cleared certain doubts beautifully I have been practicing awareness and isolating subconscious patterns which is majority of our day to conscious just by being aware.. mind goes where breath goes Bringing back the motion of prana and bringing back the consciousness to the center from where it was born. ❤

@SomaArtsAkal after combining all the things I have been doing and digesting and knowing.. would you say once your energies are present towards the navel (centered) your consciousness is back to where it came from (you enjoy every moment of life ) like a kid does if centered towards heart (love) you see everything as one without lust just love and if centered between eyebrows (brahma) creator it helps more with manifestation or creation. And once you know how to channelize centered, not scattered (subconscious/ unconscious) energy being super conscious, you can utilize it as you like being totally conscious/aware.

@@dr.sharkmonk374 A very good description! I like to think of the Bible on this one... Matthew 18:3-5, Jesus said, "Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." The innocence described in this quote is achieved by becoming presence once again.

Thank you for another wonderful video! I find your techniques to be very useful and relatively easy to follow. What are some quick breathing techniques to implement during the day when we are working and may not have the time to go through a longer process?

During the day if you can spare a couple minutes the best breath to do as it relates to clearing blocks is once again a segmented breath with a segmented exhale... inhale in 2-5 segments, exhale completely, then once you feel you are empty of air exhale some more in 2-4 small segments as there is always some residual air left; after doing this you will be able to pull in deeper inhales. Continue for a couple minutes.
