Skill-wise Clem is better than every Korean Terran, he just needs 1-2 more years of experience to surpass them at everything. Now, if only Max starts playing in offline tournaments and has a consistent level there similar to his online, then the Europeans will dominate all 3 races of the game.

You say so much nonsense xD.... Starcraft is a purely mechanical game no human uses even a scrap of the possibility of optimal control of units. The winner is simply the one who is mechanically better at any given moment.... the strategies are the same all the time, it's the control that counts and this optimal control is far beyond the capabilities of man, that's why the winners change because no one nowadays is able to maintain their peak capabilities in this regard for long.
