Thank you for this. I do use the Purple 41" but I will improve on the wide and narrow grips. My small little brain learned something new today! KEEP ON ROCKING!

Glad you like it CJ! Grip variation on upright rows is key! I also like to do super wide rows as well where I widen my grip so that my elbows go to a 90 degree angle and my hands are in line with my elbows at the top of the rep (it's about 40 inches between my hands, but it will depend on your arm length). The super wide will target more mid and rear delts and give you another angle to play with.

My wrists and elbows always hurt with traditional barbell upright rows and even dumbbells. But with a band and fat grips it works great! thanks Brandon, big traps on the way
