I have had this club for a couple months 10.5 ,at 60 yrs old and a very average golfer this club has helped me consistently have confidence in my driver ,get the ball in the fairway ,I am not a guy who can hit bombs (never have been) but will hit this driver 210-230 , my only negative is the ball height when the wind is blowing into you or cross wind it will effect the performance ,but I simply find, adjust to the conditions ,love this driver and my next set of irons will be Cleveland the driver has made a believer out of me

Direct, to the point, presentation. Tells me what I wanted to know without glib "golf talk." Very forgiving driver, a bit more distance than my SLDR. Shaft is about an inch longer. Choke down a little to compensate. Classic looking driver at address. Went from SLDR 10.5 to nine degree. Don't have trouble getting the ball in the air with a good swing. No technology compensates for a bad swing.

The Draw model has a more closed face angle not heel weighting. You can get a consistent draw in the other models by adding 20 gm. lead tape to the heel if you need help. My angle of attack is level or slightly down and I use the 12 degree model to get a good launch angle. It is a very light Driver and easy to hit well.

I have used the Cleveland driver but now game the Srixon Z785 driver , it would be interesting to try the Turbo driver. Just found your reviews and find them excellent .

I love my Cleveland HB, which I used to replace a Taylor Made M1. It's just as long, but more forgiving. As for the sound, the pitch of the sound is higher than the M1, but it's not actually louder. I like it myself. It sure doesn't sound like a 1st generation Big Bertha.

Unless the previous model was totally unresponsive I have a hard time believing it's 20 yards longer. I will say I own a Cleveland SL290 driver that came out in 2011 I believe. And it has been a great driver. I have owned the M2 and a Callaway Rogue and I keep going back to the SL290. So Cleveland does make good drivers.

Just curious to know the shaft weight ? With a increase in swing and ball speed , is it shaft length or shaft weight ?

Have a question what is the difference between HB Turbo driver 10.5 loft against 10.5 draw loft?
@TGWcomTheGolfWarehouse3 жыл бұрын
The 10.5° draw setting slightly changes the face angle to create more draw bias.

If "TURBO" is printed on a driver, I'm out.

I have one. The most accurate, forgiving and longest driver I've ever owned. Turbo logo be damned. This driver out distanced a taylormade driver in several tests. The fact that it is much less expensive than it's counterparts is the icing on the cake. My driver has a loft of 10.5 degrees. The ball flight is too high. I tested one with a 9 degree loft. My distance increased by 20 yards, probably due to the lower spin rate. It's the 9 degree for me. The only negative(if you can call it that)is that the shaft isn't replaceable.
