Dry Bombay Duck Pickle
Ingredients required for masala paste
55-60 Bombay duck (cut into 3” pieces)
35 Kashmiri chillies (deseeded)
6 Bedgi Chillies (deseeded)
20 pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sugar
1 whole garlic pod
2” ginger piece
Salt as required
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup vinegar
Ingredients required
4-5 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 cup oil for frying the Bombay duck
1 cup oil
473 ML to rinse the Bombay duck
