There you go! Your closing statement (or question) is the key: “How do you disqualify a prospect?” Or perhaps, how does a professional sales person go about qualifying suspects and prospects to become customers? First test and key question is, who is doing most of the talking, in the first place? If it’s the salesman, then that foretells trouble. A professional sales person motivates the suspect$ or prospect$ to do most of the talking by means of pointed and strategic QUESTIONING TECHNIQUES ... i.e. asking vs telling. Average sales people believe that dramatic “presentations” or “acting like a star” is key to the selling process. This is no further than the truth. On the contrary, a great sales person controls the entire selling process by means of key and pointed questions, right? In fact, a great sales person’s trademark during “sales presentations” is that most of his/her sentences end with a question mark. Even with regular human conversations, hearing questions feels better than listening to “telling” statements. No one wants to be SOLD! Henceforth, no one wants to be TOLD, isn’t it? Handling objections becomes easy once a sales person has done a great job qualifying or disqualifying a prospect, first and foremost, wouldn’t it? Cheers 🥂

As a prospect myself, I never believe the salesman because I know all they're doing is trying to make the close. And will say anything to do so. For example, I negotiated a car for my mom with a Honda dealer. After driving the price as low as I could get it, I come in to the dealer to sign the paperwork. First thing he does when he sees me is apologize and told me he misquoted the wrong car for me, and the one I wanted would be a different price. He said he would give be a few moments to think about it. I was so pissed, I just headed toward the exit, not wanting to waste my time any further. After he saw me leaving, he ran towards me, this time saying oh actually the price is right...
@carterchristensen32635 жыл бұрын
So... Did you give that liar the sale?
@frankg88615 жыл бұрын
@@carterchristensen3263 I did, only because it was a lot of work I had already put in negotiating with several other dealers, and his price was the lowest compared to the other dealers. In the end he did honor the negotiated price. If my mom didn't need the car sooner, I could have continued to negotiate with the other dealers. But it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth with that stunt he tried to pull.

Every single one of my clients "gets back to me". I say, "we'll be here". If you're a service or product that people are budgeting for or planning stages of, you CANNOT close a sale on your own schedule. Again, these tips are best for timeshare salespeople and massage devices at the mall. In many industries, being available for call backs and answering questions results in purchase orders more than being a pushy salesperson.

Very good video. Helps a lot. I subscribed at 6k subscribers when you started with Boss in a Bentley series and I thought, wow! How unusual for this caliber of a man and production to be underrated like this with such valuable material and training! I started sharing your videos. But I knew you would blow up extremely quickly. And now you are on way to 2 million when other very capable sales people like Ryan Serhant that has his own show (million dollar listing) only 100k + subs and started way before you. That tells me how much of a born tactician and closer you are with ultimate marketing skills that are simply obsolete nowadays. I am saving money in real estate to be able to buy your course all in cash no credit, so I can step up my career in business dramatically. You are the only one I want to learn true and authentic closing salesmanship from. Your videos are teaching me a lot, I can only imagine how much your full training is. Bless you. *Edit*: Thanks for loving my comment!
