​@@ilsole_777 Cats can easily become overstimulated. At first, they may just turn slightly away or there will be subtler tells such as the tail starting to move a bit erratically... so he probably does love all the petting but as you said, he just reaches his limit past a certain point. :)

@@Kiayin7 not always. His love is conditional so he’ll come up to me whenever he wants a love fest. Whereas my love is unconditional but you know sometimes my feelings get hurt. Especially when he bites and scratches me bc he doesn’t want all the belly rubs and affection. Edit: I love cats don’t get me wrong but dogs are more stable and dependable and never get enough of your love and affection.

I have two of them. One female and one male. She lives to sleep on my shoulder with her head on my cheek. She wants to be hold like a baby several times a day. He is a great sportsman. He is great in fetching little toy mice. Means I have to throw it and he jumps up and fetches it. Then he brings it back into my hand. If he likes you, he will let you know with kinda like kisses and licking your face. They are both around 7 month old already the size of a grown cat. They both really are like two crazy very clever babies. God I love my two little tigers.

I worked at this outside strip mall in NJ, and a lot of people who walk around during Spring, Summer and Autumn bring in their pets into the shop I worked at, and outside of it. Dogs, birds, some reptiles, even cats. One brought in their black cat, name of Ahni, who was the sweetest love bug she could be. While the owner went into the humidor for cigars, Ahni played and cuddled with me on the counter near the register. She was exactly as the cat was in this video (affectionately, of course).

I was going to say something about this, I've never worked in fast food but sometimes the workers seem dead inside...I worked as a receptionist for a few months and that left me feeling pretty jaded, clearly not for me, so I always try to be polite and kind to hopefully let them know I appreciate their work. Especially since they probably have to deal with rude people regularly (my mother is such a person and I always feel awful for the person she's treating like crap especially when they're trying to help). So her giving that bit of time to the workers with Beef, giving them something to smile about, is such an amazing thing.

It's just that a rude interaction sticks in your mind much more and you still end up having quite a few of them a day since you see hundreds of people in a busy shift.

As long as that tail is high up and he purrs, it's all good. Since he's a kitten, if he's super playful and loves food, he's very happy. And the fact that he's following you is a very good sign.

@@JackyMan22 Nothing I've ever heard of. Toxoplasmosis is the main one to worry about, but it only affects immunocompromised people and pregnant women shouldn't be chaining litter boxes. I think I remember reading that is possible there are many people who have toxo and don't know it b/c our immune system has adapted.

Same principles for pet dogs and rabbits. Toxocara, Ascariasis, Tapeworm, etc. If the cat is vaccinated, it's useless unless its bathed or treated with antiparasitic medication.

Oh wow, that is so cute. We had a trail cat, but he died of kidney cancer. His sister wont come out unless he was out first. Im slowly getting her to obey a leash and go out on walks but its rare for a cat to be so social. Beef is such a treasure.

It’s illegal for a cat to be in that particular store, actually. It violates multiple US laws. Only ADA task trained dogs (or miniature horse, in limited cases) that mitigates a person’s disability are allowed to go into stores where pets are not allowed. If this cat is a legal emotional support animal, they do not have public access rights - they are only allowed to live in housing where pets wouldn’t normally be allowed to live, and the animal would have to be declared an ESA by the person’s psychologist or psychiatrist. The Dodo should not be posting videos with behavior that breaks multiple health codes and ADA laws. The store also should not be letting her inside. The Dodo has posted too many videos with people bringing their pets into public places where they aren’t allowed - it’s a safety and health hazard to the public, the cat, and the owner. It also a danger to people like me with LEGAL service dogs who have been attacked by people’s pets in stores and then had to be retired from their work . . . and it can take anywhere from 6 months to 2-3 years to get a replacement, not to mention the expense of getting one and having to retire a dog early that should have had a much longer working life. Anyway, this is not cute behavior like you’re saying. Please educate yourself about why these laws exists.

@@MashaT22 That is very complex thing to say to me as I am not a native English speaker nor that I am from the US so I literally don't know anything about this law you mention. I live in "third world" country so service dog. task-trained dog, or emotional support cat is not even a thing here. but I guess great for you guys for having that law and honestly I am not sure what the scenario this video has, The cat could be leash trained very well and behaving properly so the store allowed him to get in. So me saying this is cute, well it is just cute. I just happy to see the cat is living great life. Regarding the laws, the cat getting in against the rule, the owner taking him everywhere to the pets liking or even the Dodo posting it is a bit out of my hand and I hope your concern deliver well to *them*

@@MashaT22 But this is a bit personal, but I am sorry for not appreciating your comment saying to educate myself about why these law exist when I don't even know the existence of this law. It got me a bit bitter (because I can't really say angry for this, just generally not good). Maybe next time you could also acknowledge that not all people come from the west side of the earth where we all don't have the same kind of situation regarding this matter or laws in the first place. When I said supposed laws I mean "thank you for telling me the existence of this law" if I need to said this again. I don't know if supposed law has any deep meaning or anything so I am not sure what are you trying to say by pointing out that the law is Federal Laws of the US.

My cat used to kiss & cuddle me like that. It was just so special when he passed it broke my heart and then boom this giant male cat started coming and nothing was stopping him once he settle he brought his mum who was identical to the cat I'd lost. She likes to get on my chest rub my face with hers and falls asleep. You are very blessed to have such love shown to you ❤❤😍
