Plus, his stomach is all rumbly and gurgly. Whatever it was dissolved his insides, which is why it looks like a lot of blood. Plus, he ate a lot of chocolate, which is why the blood is all dark and, well, chocolaty looking. So what you're seeing is a mix of blood, liquefied organs, and candy. A lot of people seem to think that he put a razor blade in the candy, but a few people have made some good points. The boy wouldn't have been able to swallow a razor blade. Not just because it's too big to go down his throat, but also because it was mentioned that it could get stuck in the roof of his mouth and cause a bunch of bleeding. The only way it would be possible for the boy to swallow a razor blade is if it were broken up into really small pieces. Plus, another person mentioned that even if he *did* swallow anything sharp, he probably wouldn't v0m1t like that. The title also says "poisoned candy", in which the man probably put cyanide or some other similar poison in the candy. I just thought I'd mention this for the people who might not be sure as to why the boy started to v0m1t after eating the candy. This is not my information, I found it in other comments in this comment section and thought that I would repeat it so no one is having to scroll for a while to find out why this happened.

Actually it depends on the poison. Some poisons can burn into your esophagus and stomach causing the bleeding. But I think you're right, it's most likely a razor blade that did it.

No, when a razor is put into candy, the razor gets lodged in the roof of your mouth and your tongue, getting stuck, causing sever pain and bleeding. It's not easy to swallow a razor unless its extremely small.
