My favorite espresso drink of all time. I make it at home on the regular. I get it at cafes often. A great method is pouring the espresso shot over the iced tonic and taking a sip before doing a glass swirl on the counter top. Why? That first sip is like having the shot of espresso and then when you swirl the chemical reaction creates a supremely frothy drink. Then twist of lime. Topo Chico for me!

Phenomenal. Love this tip! I also like adding a slice of orange rind and expressing the oils on the lip of the glass.
