See footage of commando driods dashing towards people and you start to get a idea of it. Imagine if they added buzz droids, a swarm of fast, hard to hit, gory killers that would fly over the top of the clones, forcing them to divide their fire between the ground forces and waste ammo firing at the sky to prevent their brothers from being ripped to shreds.
