It's hard to know where to start....this was absolutely fabulous. I really enjoy Closet Confessions: so much to learn. You are a magician with color. I love the combinations you come up with. It pays to hang on to your clothes and build a substantial wardrobe so that you have things to put together and look like no one else. I have never believed in a minimalist wardrobe. I am more of a collector and enjoy the variety. Lucy was so on target when she said when we go out let's really go out. YES!!! I would like a party clothes video and also one on how to choose the right shoes or boots to go with an outfit.

You definitely should! Especially these days, more things are allowed for your kind of professions. I once had a teacher who was dressing only in colour, bright colours. Most of the time her outfits were monochromatic as well. It was such a joy to be in her class, her personality and mood always matched those fun and colorful outfits 🌞 Enjoy your life more!

I don’t think Trinny has many high boots in her wardrobe but in winter they are perfect under a midi/maxi skirt/dress to keep you warm and resolve the dilemma of what colour tights to wear. I have knee high boots in a pale ivory and wear them all the time in winter with my dresses

Trinny, you’re always genius at styling. My favorite was the really feminine dress with the sharp, military-inspired coats. I think a light-colored pair of heeled knee-high boots would look great with those dress/coat looks, too, and would stretch them to being more wearable in colder or wetter weather. A pale grey or taupe, to match one of the coats, would be perfect, but I have a heck of a time finding those colours in my size (and genuine leather, which I need), they sell out so fast. I finally got white and nude boots by buying off-season, but they’re ankle-they wouldn’t work as well. I love a lighter shoe with a dark outfit.

Thank you for considering what to put on the feet, Trinny. Sometimes I think that’s the hardest bit. And the tights! Could you do something more on that tricky one too, please? Are light coloured tights out for we of the well-developed calf brigade, or past the tipping point of 60 but youthful in spirit. Transitioning summer clothes into winter ones would be good. Also maybe what to do with woollies and knitwear? 💃

Would love to see causal around the house dressing . I am home like everyone and would like a little pizazz. Sometimes I do a full makeup for fun . I would love you to do something on winter styling - especially combining coats and handbags (but maybe shoes / boots too). For example I love a belted coat and I love a crossbody bag but I can't decide whether together is too busy. Are their any rules on which coats go well with which bags?

Would love to see some styling with shoes one can actually walk a long distance in. We know about white trainers but would like more options. Need things I can walk at least a couple miles in as I buzz around town, but want more support than a ballet flat. This is how we live now with climate change. We walk and bike and our clothes need to adapt. My heels are gathering dust. How to wear flats and not look squat or frumpy, which as a petite person I feel happens to me.

I would love to see transitional outfits. Although it’s October 15, it’s still 37C where I live (San Francisco Bay Area) and will probably stay near that until next month sometime. I really want Autumn to arrive so that I can wear trousers, boots, etc., but aside from my personal, completely unimportant wardrobe cravings, our heroic firefighters really need a break in this weather. They have been absolutely slaving away non-stop all over the West for months already, and fire season doesn’t really start until about now, here. When you showed your sunset colors, I thought these are high-noon colors here this year - did you see the pictures of the eerie half-light orange days we get when the smoke is at its worst? 💕from your your Bay Area followers.

I have been wearing a necklace rather than earning because they get caught in my mask. I think with these trends they need to think about what is happening in the world. I love the t-shirt with a suit. Red would look great on Zoom for work.

Darling one request and one styling question. Please show more "other than white sneakers" shoes☺️You are so tall you can pull them off much more than a petite or more average woman, especially with dresses. One question:do you use regular tights with open toe shoes? I always think that showing the seem at the toes looks ugly, but l have never noticed if there are tights especially made to wear with sandals. Thank you 😘

You can get seamless toe tights, but I think a closed toe shoe/boot is a better option

mayra montero, I recommend watching Trinny's video of the January shoe cull from about a year ago. She shows lots of shoes other than white trainers there and also answers your question about tights with open shoes. Spoiler alert: she pulls the seam of the tight back under the foot. Crazy simple. 👍

Exaggerated shoulders will always balance a pear shape....and I totally agree on the hair. Big shoulders need a neat head shape - sleek, short bob, pixie cut or ling hair in a chignon.

Pleather is always preferable to leather!!! We are the Keepers of God’s earth, and not the exploiters! How is it that High Street does not understand this! NO fur! NO leather! Always substitute! Thanks Trinny for giving us this option!!!

Leather is a natural by-product of a dead animal. It is much better to use it than let it go to waste. Pleather is plastic and we all know how damaging that is to the environment. I have leather clothes which have lasted for 20 years and still look great, pleather wouldn’t.

@@maelilmc4079 Factory farming and horrendous slaughtering of millions of animals is damaging to the environment, too. Shoveling meat, and more meat into people so the factory farm can make a huge profit, breeding cows and bulls bigger and bigger, until they can hardly walk. Making these animals live in horrendous conditions. You are not quite telling the entire story of modern day leather. And in the end, if we continue to purchase the by-product of this suffering, nothing will change.
