Sometimes caller says thanks for all your help..We simply not ask further assistance in closing then..However as further assistance is part of co requirement and it is all about make sure everything is answered and even better to recall something we missed..What is ur take
@ReaNinja5 жыл бұрын
Good point. In our case, we don't ask anymore only if the customer says "That's all I need." or something like that indicating clearly that there's nothing more to do. I think that's the time it makes sense not to ask anymore. 🙂

Hey Ninja.. if staff has close the call in rush like he asked for transfer and closed the call in rush verbatim without keeping pace..Will it come under not closed the call appropriately
@ReaNinja5 жыл бұрын
Still depends on your quality guidelines. But most likely, pace is not part of quality. As long as all elements of closing were achieved, there should be no problem.

Hi Ms. Rea. Thank you for all the tips. I've been planning to apply for Call center companies. What are your suggested companies for newbies? As in newbies with no job experiences at all. I'm from Pasig City. Thank you. I'm watching all your vlogs regarding call center interviews.

Sorry late reply na. Hope you have applied already. You may message me on my page so I can give some recommendations to you. 😊

I dont wanna sound like an asshole but im geniunely curious, since i see you put in so much effort in your customer service videos (which is admirable) : Do you like working in a call center?
@ReaNinja5 жыл бұрын
Yes, it comes with pros and cons but overall it was a huge help in my career. 🙂

@@ReaNinja Good to hear. Im trying to not get invested that much to it, timewise, but for now im also pretty well at the one i work in, i make good money working at nights, and usually i dont get extremely rude customers, so, I can manage :p

Ask ko Lang Po Mga ilang Tawag Po ba Ang Sinasagot mg isang call center agent
@ReaNinja5 жыл бұрын
Depende talaga sa account. 😊 It can be up to 100 or more kung talagang daming kayong calls at kung mabilis ka. Kung di naman busy ang account nyo, pwede ring mga 30-50. Iba iba.
