I'm from Mexico and we also have call center here and in the Philippines, and i found your videos super helpful, in my case we can say we are from mexico, but yeah it depends, I also had my first real call last thursday, and the customer wanted to talk with our supervisor but, I deescalate propperly the call by saying, " I Understand ma'am, but please let me be the one to assit you today, ill do my best to give you the best option that fits your needs" and she was extremely kind I was super nervous but i did it!

Hi Ms. Rea! :) I just want to ask if the applicant is the one who will choose whether to be assign in a voice or a non voice account. I usually struggle in voice accounts because of the mock calls. I don't sound emphatic and I'm quite struggling in the part wherein you will explain in details the breakdown of bills in the mock call. Do I really need to follow the spiels that the company usually provides during the mock call or I can make an impromptu? Thanks for the respond and more power to your channel.

The company will choose where you will be assigned as they see fit. Some spiels are required especially important disclaimers. For the most part though, you're free to create your own spiel as long as it is aligned with the client's policy and guidelines.

It takes a while to get used to it 🙏🏼❤ but you start by having a consistent sleep time and wake up time daily, even on weekends. Eliminate all distractions at home and sleep with no light coming through the windows to mimic a nighttime environment.

Hi, I'm not Ms. Rea but I'd like to share what I learned from other vloggers I've watched. If a customer insists on being transferred to someone else, you can either transfer it to your Team Leader or Manager/Supervisor. However, never ever, especially if it's in the company policy, disclose the fact that you're not an American representative. Hope that's helpful :)
