What's the definition of sailing around the world? In over 2,5 year we've sailed about 35.000 nautical miles now on the Outremer 55. In total we must have sailed over 60.000 miles now, about 3 times the circumference of the planet. We already saw all longitudinals on this earth month ago, and even on a sailboat.
In this episode we will actually cross our wake in the Grenadines, albeit the wake of the other boats we've sailed on in the Caribbean before. In next episode we will finally be in the exact same spot again where this second Greatcircle has been before.

are you guys still in Grenadines?!? Assume not given video production lead times ;-) I think you're up in Martinique if AIS serves me correct. We in Tobago Cays - would be awesome to finally meet the #legends

Hi love your channel and all the great sailing tech. Just wondered if you are running the H5000 on windvane mode or a track when you do these long runs? And I saw on one of your films you have a Raymarine P70 and I assume an ACU 200/300 for your boat? Have you ever used its sailing functionality? Been using the windvane mode on my acu 200 and nobody can really advise if the B&G hydra and sailing software is that much better to do a full conversion over time? As I need new radar and plotter etc so could start. You guys have done more miles than anyone on YT and are keen on your logs.. many thanks for advice in advance.

To note “Ray” is currently getting far better speeds out of the boat than I can 😂

Our primary autopilot is a BandG H5000 with a hydraulic L&S. We use that one on wind angle a lot, but sometimes it’s more stable on heading mode The second autopilot is an electric Raymarine-1 with only a heading mode

At the 4:12 mark, was that the beginning of a water spout? Did it fully form? If not, what kind of weather ensued.
